Canterbury Oast Trust Runners-up in Great South East Care Awards!

The team at Canterbury Oast Trust (COT) attended  the Great South East Care Awards gala dinner in Brighton on Friday night as they had been nominated for Care Employer of the Year in the South East heat of the Great British Care Awards.

The team were runners-up for this prestigious award and were delighted to have made the South East final. Gill Gibb, Chief Executive of COT commented ‘it was amazing to have been nominated for this award and to be recognised for the quality of our work and the excellence of our staff training and development.’

The Great British Care awards are recognised as the Care sector’s premier event and are an opportunity to celebrate the many things that are good about the Care sector and to reassure the public that quality does exist across the Care industry. The Care Employer of the Year award is for employers to demonstrate their acumen and entrepreneurial flair whilst at the same time having a sustained track record of delivering high quality care and managing improvement.
