Then the South of England Rare Breeds Centre could provide the perfect training opportunity for you.
The South of England Rare Breeds Centre is a busy tourist attraction with more than 130,000 visitors a year. We are the only Rare Breeds centre in Kent approved by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust. We work hard to maintain our good reputation and make sure we care for our animals welfare and the surrounding natural environment.

- Looking after animals: including feeding and watering, cleaning and preparing animals for public viewing
- Build your knowledge: of how a farm and visitor attraction work
- Customer service: helping our visitors to have a good time at the farm, providing information and answering questions
- Working as a team: to make sure we keep the farm a healthy, safe and fun place for everyone
You will have the opportunity to represent the Rare Breeds Centre and the Canterbury Oast Trust at events such as the Kent County Show.
