The Granary is a 100 seater restaurant set in the beautiful grounds of The South of England Rare Breeds Centre tourist attraction. It serves seasonal fare and lovely homemade dishes in a relaxed environment.

Training at the Granary restaurant will develop your skills in:

• Catering: gain practical experience of the food preparation and cooking, hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen
• Service: taking orders and serving customers making sure their needs are met and they enjoy their experience
• Team working: working together in a busy environmentto make sure we deliver a quality service.

Applicants need to be enthusiastic about learning new skills and have good mobility. They must also be able to manage personal hygiene. Access to the kitchen for wheelchair users is limited, due to Health & Safety regulations.

All tasks are supervised and on-going training is carried out to assess skills development.
