Katie is a social care leader with over 12 years experience supporting Adults with learning disabilities and autism. She has previously worked for two national non-profit organisations, specialising in quality improvement, transformation, and supporting people with complex needs. Katie has a passion for person-centred care and positive behaviour support, using these as the driving force in everything she does.
In her spare time Katie is the lead singer of a lively 5 piece band and regularly plays gigs around Kent and East Sussex.
