Trustee Background
Michele was elected to the Board in October 2022, having been involved with COT since her sister became a resident over 35 years ago. She acknowledges during such a long period of time there have been good and bad changes.
Michele wants to represent family members at Board level. Her background is in education, and she holds a Masters degree in Management and Organisational Change.
